You can also use SMTP relay to send email from devices or applications that don't support Office 365's modern authentication method. In that case, you'll need to configure a connector in the Office 365 admin center and use the following settings:

SMTP Server: your organization's SMTP server address

SMTP Port: 25 or 587

Encryption: None or SSL/TLS (depending on your SMTP server)

Authentication: None (or the authentication method supported by your SMTP server)

Keep in mind that SMTP relay requires additional configuration and may have some limitations depending on your Office 365 subscription plan.
